Sizing and Fitting
How do I get my partner’s ring size without them knowing?
Begin by asking your significant other’s friends and family for help. If they often wear rings, discreetly borrow one and take it to a local jewelry store to have the size checked. Make sure to note which finger and hand they wear it on, as each finger can vary in size, and sizes can differ between the right and left hands.
What is the best way to get my finger sized?
If you’re in Minnesota, you can visit our showroom to get sized. If not, any local jewelry store should provide free sizing. When you get sized, take note of the type of sizers used—thin, wide, or comfort fit (rounded on the inside). While jewelers typically don’t offer quarter sizes, they can determine if you need one.
I just received my ring, but it doesn’t fit! What should I do?
DIf your ring does not fit, please contact us. It will take approximately two weeks to complete the sizing repair.
Jewelry and Metals
Why is my silver jewelry discoloring?
Silver jewelry often discolors due to a common process called tarnishing. Fortunately, tarnish only affects the surface and can be polished away. If you prefer white metal jewelry that doesn’t tarnish, consider opting for white gold or platinum, as these metals do not tarnish. Additionally, we offer free cleaning services for our customers to keep their jewelry looking its best.
